AMS was founded in Luxembourg in 1999 to provide outsourced software and IT support to the financial industry. With a keen eye on service and delivery, the company soon established a loyal base of customers in the local market. As our clients grew, so did their needs and this provided AMS with an opportunity to broaden the scope of services it provided.

The company soon began to design and develop bespoke software applications to meet the needs of its client’s which had now spread to the other financial centres in Europe. Since then, AMS has built a strong and dedicated team of business analysts, developers and IT experts capable of analysing complex business needs and then designing and delivering the solution to fit.

In 2009 the umbrella group, The AMS Group was formed. This was to facilitate the growing activity in each of the company’s lines of business. AMS FinSoft, the Groups Software development arm, has grown into a fully fledged Software Products Company and provides software solutions to the Fund Industry across Europe. AMS Systems PSF manages our growing IT services division which hosts and manages applications. The Groups third division AMS Systems PSF is specifically licensed to provide IT services to financial services companies in Luxembourg.
